Not Lost 04:17
I have fought against the world But I have lost And I have fought to be a shiny pearl But I have lost Ya I, oh I, have lost And I have fought against my myself But I have lost And I have fought against my mind But I have lost, But I'm not lost No I'm not lost But sometimes I get worn down, get crushed into the dust, find myself choking on familiar words, over think and underact, but this is something that I must accept, its bound to come and go, and I won"t be defined by these dark times, i'll just let'em come and go,

Common Fate 04:30
Is there something to be said For all these distortions ringing In my head? All the wolves that I have fed All the monsters hiding under the bed And the moods that they create, Which throw me into a kaleidoscopic state Till I cannot relate, With the rest of the crowd and their common fate. Broke ideals And programmed love and hate Then Tears, and moonlight flood my eyes, And I find myself between a dew drop and the sky And deep in the dark there's a voice crying low Hear me, feel me before I go....... Should I end it or go on And what order shall I place the verses Of this song Is there a right way and a wrong? And is the moral for the weak one or for the strong? Shall I end it right now or carry on Then tears, and the moonlight they return and I Feel these contradictions slowly fade into the night And deep in the dark there's a voice singing bright I know me, I can feel me, I'm alright.

Black Blood 03:49
The brake lines have been cut We've been set up We are fed up While Black blood flows In broken veins Hits the water main Rises in Rusted drains And we're passing through darkness To emerge in the light We must admit our weakness to Know what it is that is right Class of clowns Who wear frozen masks Simply ignore the task Ignore what we ask take turns scratching on Eachothers backs Paint our rivers black leave us the aftermath But I can see a light Out on the broken horizon As all people unite For the good of a new generation But If the future's bleak, It's cause we've grown weak, And given our hand away. Married to a fantasy It's time to get ourselves free From this treasonous apathy And we're passing through darkness To emerge in the light We must admit our weakness to Do what it is that is right
4.
Lights are shining down, on you, on me Your multi-coloured rags are torn at the seams We were trying to escape a dessert god who is deaf to our desires Arrive a minute too late, and then they separate us and throw us in the fire Crossing arbitrary lines, with our humble hands we offer up our time Under sedentary eyes, who perceive our very existence as a crime, So we're crimes Ya we're crimes We are crimes Crossing arbitrary lines, we are nothing and to nothing we'll return As they plead the lord divine, to protect their kin and let the others burn So we'll burn Ya we'll burn We will burn

Bright Flame 05:30
Your heart is a bright flame, A beacon in the soul of the night, But it burns too hot Burns them bridges you've crossed And though it doesnt feel right its not for naught Look down, turn around, But you know there's no going back You've shone too bright But know that who you answer to Is the person starring back at you in the mirror's light So don't get too self-conscious, You should know that You're doing more good than bad, Not to make you get all self-righteous But you should know You're more than just a passing fad An the heat of your bright flame Warms my life Time is short and we cannot afford to be Second guessing our every move The hazy days and wandering have Come to an end And we!re better off, ya we're better off So don't get too self-conscious, You should know that You're doing more good than bad, Not to make you get all self-righteous But you should know You're more than just a passing fad An the heat of your bright flame Warms my life She's out on the water She holds out her bright flame To light the way for her brothers But then she loses herself in the eyes Of another It was an honest mistake, but She's caught in the wake And it's bringing her down
